I am an herbalist, womb practitioner, teacher in holistic feminine health, and facilitator of sacred spaces.
Mother of three, I left the wheel of performance and the fast pace of modern life in 2019 to root myself in a simpler, more conscious, more vibrant way of living. From the fertile lands of Costa Rica, I explore an intuitive form of motherhood, guided by my own feminine seasons, free from imposed frameworks.

I guide women back into connection with their bodies, their sovereignty, their womb. My intention is to weave living knowledge into the body’s fabric, making every woman the sovereign guardian of her feminine health through concrete practices, rituals, clear teachings, and embodied ceremonies. I walk alongside those who wish to remember, to heal, to feel, and to inhabit their bodies fully as temples.

I also carry a voice for the next generations, accompanying young girls in a gentle, joyful, and conscious discovery of their cyclical bodies.

Through retreats, programs, teachings, and tailored circles, I invite them into a healthy relationship with their bodies and their menstrual well-being—so that their first moon is not a wound to heal, but a threshold to honor.
