Why I created this program ?
The years pass, and your daughter grows. Her body begins to change, her feminine hormones quietly awakening, opening the sacred gates of her inner temple. Deep within, her belly remembers where she comes from. She is now able to see two worlds — the one within and the one around her.
In this delicate threshold, she carries the magic to create her own dance and to taste life’s initiation.
Too often, girls are left to navigate these changes with confusion, shame, or silence.
The Red Path was created so that her first moons are not a wound to heal, but a threshold to honor.

Through 7 unique “moons,” we explore the body, emotions, and cycles in a way that is both educational and sacred.
Each gathering takes place in a safe, nurturing space, surrounded by nature, where girls can learn, share, and celebrate together.

Menarche Ceremony Creation
A menarche ceremony is a sacred gathering to honor a girl’s first moon — the moment she steps into her womanhood.
It is a gentle, beautiful way to mark this transition, surrounded by love, guidance, and symbolism that she will carry for the rest of her life.
During this special moment, each element is designed with care to reflect her personality, family values, and cultural or spiritual traditions.
It can include moments of sharing, symbolic gestures, blessings, and creative expressions, all chosen to make her feel seen, celebrated, and empowered.
Rather than simply “telling” her she has grown up, the ceremony shows her that this new stage is worthy of joy, pride, and belonging.
